Returns and refunds

Each LR Wallart piece is handcrafted, so small variations are part of its character. A finished, one-of-a-kind piece sold as pictured is eligible for return under the terms below; handmade variation alone does not make it a personalized order.

Finished, non-personalized pieces

To request a return, email LRWALLART@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back. Returned pieces must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the item price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, unless required by law.

Made-to-order and personalized pieces

Pieces made or personalized to your requested specifications are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We will identify these items as made-to-order or personalized before purchase. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Damage, defects, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email LRWALLART@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, and cover any return shipping we require for an error on our part. Please do not discard the item or packaging until we respond.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
